Just Amazing

Am still dialing in the grind and dosage, but my god this is one of the best beans I have ever had. Just as I opened the bag and leaned in for a smell I noticed it has quite a fruity~chocolaty smell.
Even with imperfect extraction, the fruity after-taste was super noticeable.
